Delivery Methods & Times

Normally all books that are in stock and ordered before midday are shipped the same day and in ALL cases within two working days. Books are sent via Royal Mail, First Class and International items are sent via Airmail. Pricing and expected delivery timescales are displayed in the shopping basket and change automatically depending on your shipping destination and the your choice of service (Standard or Priority).

Black Hill Books are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to our site. Our staff themselves use other Internet sites and hence understand the importance of Internet privacy. Credit card details are NOT stored on our website and are secured in transit from your browser to our payment processor using Industry Standard SSL encryption. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of our delivery service to you - e.g. arranging for a shipping of a product, carrying out credit and other security checks or where we have your express permission to do so.

Returns Policy

Black Hill Books are proud of our good customer service record so if you are not 100% satisfied with the books you have ordered then we will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt, well packaged and in re-saleable condition. To return an item please send it back to us (by registered post or with Proof of posting) We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by Black Hill Books, it may take up to five working days to credit the purchaser’s account.
